The Force of Self-esteem
We invite you to check the status of your self-esteem and, in a protected, warm, quality setting, you can confront your emotional wounds and learn to recognize them, deal with them, and heal them.
Duration 30 hours over 10 weeks Online modality
Self-esteem is the love we have for ourselves; this love can deteriorate, or on the other hand, it can grow. Childhood is the time of life when our self-esteem might have been damaged, and years later, we might remember only the long-ago pain, making us feel insecure, weak or ill. Your feelings of self-reproach, of being wrong, of worthlessness, can change. Take the risk to change them.
