This program | In today's fast-paced life, we tend not to set aside a time and place to get in touch with our emotions and lack of self-esteem. In this course, you'll have the chance to do that, and to hear the message of wisdom that emotions can contribute to your life, as you strengthen your level of self-esteem in the company of other people who are experiencing the same situation as you.
