Duration 30 hours over 15 weeks In-person modality
In this course you will learn the fundamentals that will enable you, when choosing a wine, to evaluate its potential on the basis of the information presented on the label. At the same time, you will develop the personal capacity to identify the qualities that make a wine pleasing to the senses and thus describe the "ideal wine" according to your own personal criteria. Finally, you will learn the factors to consider for storing a bottle of wine, as well as for reading the label and properly serving wine.
