Objetive: | The course is designed to help business owners and their senior managers to deal with labor matters, in the understanding that avoiding labor-related lawsuits and the resulting economic impact is a shared responsibility between senior and mid-level managers. This means that proper human resource management in the company can serve to contain and inhibit labor conflicts. The course will also look at legal criteria and applicable preventive, regulatory and punitive procedures in personnel management. |
