The Enneagram as a Process of Spiritual Integration

Participants will learn the personality traits that they created to protect themselves from threatening situations in their past, and develop the capacity to observe their own behavior and identify the behavioral habits that hold them back from creating free and deep ties with others; they will learn how to relate empathetically with the people around them and understand the reasons behind their actions, including their personality traits. Participants will also define their path of spiritual growth and the practices they need to cultivate in order to live a more conscious and full life.

By the end of the program
Participants will learn how to recognize the characteristics of the personalities of the people they live with in order to relate to them with greater empathy. They will also learn to recognize their own immediate, conditioned reactions in certain situations and how to modify their actions. They will gain a clearer awareness of the direction they want to give to their life and build a more solid understanding of the meaning of spirituality and its manifestations in the concrete context of their life.
