Basic instruction for physical trainers
Physical trainers in the 21st century must go beyond technical knowledge and become people who can inspire others to adopt physical activity as a lifestyle. Become a leader within this new vision of physical training and fitness.
Course with a duration of 60 hours, distributed over 15 sessions, with one session per week.
The purpose of this course is to prepare participants to design and implement group training sessions in any of the following modalities:
- Training for muscular strength
- Choreographic training
- Physical activity in community
|People with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education, Nutrition and related areas, weight instructors, personal trainers, group fitness instructors, promoters of physical activity in community, and members of general public who enjoy physical activity and wish to develop as group instructors.|
